Parsa Investments

Macro conviction,
patient execution

Parsa Investments trades global equities through a macro lens. Our objective is to understand the environment, position ahead of it, and have the discipline to stay the course. Our focus is on capital preservation and risk management first, while taking advantage of opportunities when they arise.

Investment Philosophy

A framework built on macro regime identification, not prediction.

Regime Awareness

Markets move through recognizable macro regimes: The edge comes from reading the regime accurately and aligning with it, not from forcing a view that the data doesn't support.

Asymmetric Exposure

Every position is sized for its risk-reward profile. We seek trades where the upside meaningfully exceeds the downside, with defined risk at entry.

Disciplined Process

Capital preservation is the foundation. Every position is sized to a defined risk budget, calibrated to the prevailing macro regime.

Parsa Global Macro Fund

A macro-driven strategy focused on global equities, commodities, and fixed income. We position around regime shifts in rates, inflation, and geopolitics with an emphasis on capital preservation and asymmetric risk-reward.

About the Founder

Saman Fathizadeh

Saman Fathizadeh

Founder & Chief Investment Officer

I built Parsa out of a simple belief: if you read the macro regime correctly and size your risk properly, the returns follow. I've been studying markets since college and trading actively for the last five years, pressure-testing my process through real drawdowns, real regime shifts, and real money on the line.

My approach is straightforward: understand the regime, position for asymmetric outcomes, preserve capital first, and let discipline do the heavy lifting.

I hold a B.S. in Finance from UNLV and an M.S. in Information Systems Technology Management from George Washington University. Both shaped how I think. I approach markets like a macro trader but I build like an engineer. Every decision runs through a process. Every position has a defined risk budget.

Parsa is based in the Washington, D.C. metro area and manages capital for a select group of partners.
